HOW TO START THE DAY RIGHT

  1. Wake up with a smile on your face. Starting your day with a smile will make things easier along the way. It makes the mood light and gives a positive outlook on things to come.
  2. Pray before doing anything else. Praying guides your every decision and keeps you safe always.
  3. Take time to breathe fresh air, see the morning sun shining through your window and the flowers on the garden. It will refresh and energize you throughout the day.
  4. Exercise. Just take a few minutes of your time to exercise each day to keep the adrenaline flowing throughout the day.
  5. Take a shower (hot or cold) to refresh your body and shake off the sleepiness away.
  6. Eat a hearty healthy, nutritious & energy boosting breakfast. Eating breakfast is good for you. A meal in the morning boosts your energy and brainpower, experts say.
  7. Drink lots of water. It keeps you refreshed and hydrated throughout the day. Especially during hot summer days when we perspire a lot.
  8. Check that the things that you need are all inside your bag. At night before going to sleep make a checklist of the things you need to bring and do for the following day so you won’t forget anything.
  9. Before leaving the house always have an affirmation:
  • I am beautiful.
  • I can do this.
  • Everything is possible.
